    Had very very good experience, overall well-maintained and great relaxing place.

    Everything was outstanding from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and tastefully decorated room. The restaurant was SPECTACULAR for dinner at the satoo restaurant here, I had appetising dishes. It was very handy to have coffee & tea making machines and fridges. The service was very good with an easy check-in. Wake up calls and ironing were available for free too.

    As soon as I arrived a the Hotel the staff instantly made me feel welcome. The check in process was very smooth and the rooms well appointed. Breakfast was sumptious. Centrally situated on Sudirman the Hotel was perfrect for my business requirements.

    The horizon club we stayed in was fantastic , the staffs were so friendly, the buffet breakfast was amazing with full of options, we had dinner in the night in our room, and it was hot, delicious, & fast service. The lounge access was good.

    I was like royalty in the Beautiful King Room, with spacious layouts that reminded me of a stylish apartment! The pool was an oasis, always pristine and never crowded. The breakfast spread was a good start to every day, offering something yummy for every palate!

    The hotel is clean and new with good facility; I like the restraints and food and service, the staffs are friendly. Room service is fast

    Which surprised me in this hotel I could hear whatever happened in the next room to me? No previously in the room at all I have to be silent and reduce the volume of the tv at all time to not distribute my neighbor.

    The comfy rooms were perfect for our family, and the pool was a little paradise for our 5-year-old. Breakfast spread was wide enough to keep us all happy.

    But seriously, can someone explain why the coffee machine only serves half a cup? I nearly considered a career as a barista!

    My booking viaBooked.net cannot be found at Shangrila hotel's reservation list. I had to wait for almost one hour at the check-in counter before they finally decided to re-book me and check me into the hotel. There must have been a flaw or a gap somewhere with the system where my confirmed booking via Booked.net was not registered with Shangrila Hotel, Jakarta. Please check this and provide an explanation. Thank you.

    Hotel was luxury, good services, and it had absolutely perfect location near tourist attraction. Location: the venue was not far from the main Restaurant and ' Tanah Abang ' shopping center and downtown. We could drink something at Skye Bar & Restaurant, located 1 mi away.
